Breaking news: For the past few days, DJ Morris (AKA 2BadGanje) has come down with what anyone who has spoken to his mother is suspecting as Swine Flu. We caught up with a few people, and they had this to say:

Yeah, I've been feeling a bit under the weather lately, and with the panic that's been spread, every cough and/or sneeze equals Swine Flu. I've had a loss of appetite and a cough, which have been consistent, and I've been cycling through other symptoms such as actually feeling cold, slight headache (which quickly passes), sore throat (which only happens in evenings and is gone by the time I wake up next morning, if not sooner) and tiredness (also in the evenings). I checked out the kind of cough I have online, and it sounds a lot more like a cold cough than a flu one - plus I haven't ever felt like I should be completely bedridden. It's just strange for me since I hardly ever get ill - and so the times I do get ill seem to hit me like a ton of bricks.

I've promised everyone that I'll get better, and right now I don't even feel like I have anything besides a slightly runny nose. I just know I'll be 100% soon! (not really in pain, it's just that the little guy's coughing )

But just remember my 3 tips for if you're ever suspected of the piggy disease:
1 - Don't panic
2 - Stock up on water and supplies
3 - Find yourself a Flu buddy (someone who you know doesn't have it who can fetch you medicines and supplies and stuff) - just be sure to take precautions so that they don't get ill too!

Anyways, I started the "One Hundred Push Ups" program about 3 weeks ago - I've had to repeat Week 1, and I'm finally on week 2, but I'm struggling a bit. I wonder if I'll have to repeat week 1 again? At least I'm improving little by little. But dammit, I hate going so slow! Why do you think I enjoy Burnout Paradise and the daytime levels of Sonic Unleashed?

In any case, when it comes to pencil work, Project COOKIE is done! Now I have... *counts through the pages upon pages of drawings* ... 17 pages of drawings to ink! But this step should be a lot easier and quicker, since I'm not thinking up how the scenarios are going to go. Plus if I do make any mistakes, I can fix them in Photoshop upon scanning.

Anyways (again), I drew a Summer pic for a friend of mine, but she's having computer problems, so it may be quite some time before she can see it. Should I just put it up on here to sorta fill the void a bit?

Seems like I've been a bit slow on the old updating front lately. I have people wondering where I am, what I'm doing, and when I'm next gonna update something. I guess, like Duke Nukem Forever, it'll be done when it's done. But unlike Duke Nukem Forever, it will be done.

I guess sometimes I just get into a slump mood where I can't draw, write, or do anything creative. I can't really explain it, but I suppose it's like writer's block. So I know things are taking a long time, but it's just because I start feeling like I can't draw, or I'm forcing myself. When this happens I just tend to do other things - try out some old games, doze off at noon, watch DVDs - mainly just not even thinking about drawing. And then, before I know it, I'm drawing again!

So yeah, I know it takes me a long time to do stuff, but please be patient with me. After all, if it's delayed it can become good, but if it's bad it's bad forever
